Simple Tips for being "Green" at the Mall

Malls are fun and have lots of nice things to see, play or visit. Sometimes it's okay to go to the malls when you get bored, but there are some things that you can do to always be 'Green' at the malls. Check this out!


Wear sandals or comfy shoes:
If you go to the mall, just wear sandals or comfy shoes, because they are not heavy so we cannot be easy to get tired if we walk shopping at the mall. Besides, if you wear sandals or comfy shoes, it seems that you do walking-exercise by going around the mall.

Choose your food wisely:
We need to eat healthy food. Don't eat too many food at the mall because it might be cooked with an MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) and it's not healthy for us.

Eat fruits and vegetables:
We need to eat fruits and vegetables because they have many vitamins and good for our body. When you go to the mall, try to include fruits and vegetables in your meal you buy at the restaurants, such as: salads, fruit salads, etc.

Don't drink too much soft drink:
Soft drink is yummy and I like it also. But, it's much better if you just drink water or juice when you are at the mall.

Bring your own bottle water:
It's better to bring your own bottle water and no need to buy bottled water because you will throw away the bottle when you finish drinking.

Don't litter:
If you cannot find a trash bin around you, keep your trash for a while until you find the trash bin.
