A to E Healthy Fruits

Fruits are always healthy for us.

Here is some healthy fruits for you guys to use or eat from A to E.

A: Apple
Apple consist of soluble fiber that binds with fats in the intestine, which translates into lower cholesterol levels and a healthier you. Remember what the doctor says that 'an apple a day makes the doctor away'. Besides, it will make your teeth shinier and your gum stronger.

B: Banana
Bananas consist of high vitamin B which helps to calm the nerves system and it is very good for cell metabolism. I also heard that banana is good for your diet because it will give you more energy and you feel full immediately after you eat it.

C: Cucumber
Cucumbers are very good for the blood. It consists of vitamin K. So without vitamin K it is impossible to stop the bleeding if you get scratched or hurt. Cucumber is also good for your eyes. When you are tired, just put two slices of iced cucumber on each of your eyes. You will feel fresh instantly.

D: Dragon fruit
Dragon fruits are really healthy for people who have cancer because it consists of antioxidants. It is also good for your metabolism.

E: Eggplant
Many people think that eggplants are vegetables instead of fruits but actually eggplants are fruits. Eggplants consists of vitamin A which is very important neurological functions.

Always eat fruits for a healthier you!
