Save Money on Books

Hi, Greensters!

I'm Mika.

Books are the source of every knowledge. Reading books is a good hobby for us from young age to old age. But, the price of books is getting more expensive. I'll give you some information about how to save our money on books.

1st - Buy a very good book:
It means you only have to buy a very important book for your collection. Don't buy books that you will only read it once. But buy books that you will read it again or use the knowledge inside it. Be picky in choosing the good books.

2nd - Swap your books with your friends:
It means we swap our book with our friend's book so we don't need to buy a new book. You borrow your friend's book, and they borrow our book. Once we finish reading, we have to return the books to the owners. This means you can read more books without paying anything.

3rd - Go to the library:
It means the easiest way to find books for free is to the library. You can go to the school library or to the city library. You can spend your time reading in that place or you can borrow the book and bring it home.

4th - Try to make a book:
It means we could make a book by recycling it without buying. What I mean here is to use your creativity if you see an unused magazine, you can cut the parts of short stories or any parts of the magazine that make you interested. Then, you can glue it in a piece of paper. If you have some stories in your collections, you can put them all together and make a bundle of it. Your 'new' book creation is ready!

5th - Try e-book:
There are lots of websites that offer free e-books to download. What you need to do is to ask your parents to help you in downloading it for you.

'Saving money on books' means you also save the environment. Because books need paper to produce it. And papers come from trees.

Thank you for reading.

Best Regards,

Mika
