There are things we can do for Mother Earth, like cleaning the beach. You only need to invite some friends who would love to do beach clean up, garbage sacks  and gloves. It's easy but needs commitments in doing so regularly. Besides that, you can have fun being on the beach with your friends.

Children with Cancer: We Care!

So on the 22ndof June 2013, the Green Team Indonesia visited a place for children who suffer from cancer disease. There were children with leukemia (blood cancer), eye cancer, cervical cancer and other types of cancer. They come from poor families and have no money to buy medicines and do treatments. This foundation of Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Bali (YKAKB) helps them to do treatments and they prepare theire medicine. It is kind of a transit home (‘rumah singgah’ in Indonesian language) for children who are having treatments for cancer. It is near Sanglah hospital in Denpasar (Bali) so that they can do the treatment in the hospital easily.

Behind the Scene: New Logo Making

Dear my friends around the globe,

We wish the best days for you all. :)

The exams are finally finished and now it's the time to greet all our friends.

We are happy to announce that a new logo has been created for The Green Team Indonesia as of today. We have been using Patricia's campaign sticker as our logo and it's time for us to create our own.

We spent the whole afternoon to discuss about this new logo. It must bring out our mission and motto which is 'spread the word of kindness to people in need and the environment' as well as 'Together, hand-in-hand we can balance the world'.
