What to Do When We are Sick

Today I'm going to talk about what I do when I'm sick. Being sick its not something nice to experience. But, we will make it fun by doing some simple things while we recover our body. So let's get started


We have to take care ourselves:
Usually, we are lazy to take a bath when we are sick. But, it means we should take a bath regularly to fresh our body so that we will have a fresh energy to fight our sickness. A clean body will also motivate us to do positive things when we are sick.

We should not be very tired:
It means we have to take a rest at least 8 hours. So after take a rest our body will recover. Take a rest also helps us to get better soon.

We have to eat healthy food and not eat junk food:
It means the healthy food will give our body more energy. The vitamin they contain can help recover our body quickly. Sometimes we don't like to eat anything when we are sick. So, we have to force ourselves to eat regularly.

Use our time when we are sick:
It means that we have more time at home (or hospital) when we are sick. Use your time to do something positive that keeps our brain active like reading books, crosswords, playing games etc.

We have to get proper medication if the sickness could not be cured:
It means if our sickness cannot recover by itself, we should visit the doctor. Do take medicine that the doctor give you, especially if it contains antibiotics. Always finish your antibiotics as what the doctor says to you.
