Eco-Friendly Bedroom!

Hey!

Kirana here :)

Today I want to talk to you about an Eco-friendly bedroom. My bedroom is like my kingdom. It's my privacy. I have to make it as clean and tidy as possible to keep my comfort, so I'm going to show you some tips for cleaning and tidying your room:

Change bed sheet every two weeks:
It is best to change bed sheets every two weeks to keep the dust away. Not only dust, but your hair, skin and even your sweat are "trapped" on the bed sheet and if you don't change it regularly, it will attract germs that will not make you healthy.

Wash blankets every one month:
It is good to wash your blankets every month to keep the dust away and also to make it smell nice.

Put organic aromatherapy in the room:
Aromatherapy makes your room smell good. When it's organic it's better. More than that, it has a benefit in enriching your health and make you calm.

Turn off the lights when you sleep and during the day:
Turn off the lights at night so that you can sleep nicely. Turn the lights off during the day too because you can use the lights from the sunlight. In these ways, you can save electricity. If you sleep with the lights on, your brain and your body will always awake and you cannot rest well.

Tidy and clean up all the mess:
Put away the things that you don't need into a box. It takes up less space in your room and avoid the dust being trapped.

Keep your rubbish away from your room:
Don't leave your trash lying around in your room. It could bring flies, cockroaches and other insects to your room.

I hope that these tips helps. Thank you.

Best regards,
Kirana
